En bok med et praktisk og lettlært, ja "idiotsikkert", åpningsrepertoar med både hvite og svarte brikker. Er det mulig? Ringreven Graham Burgess gjør her et imponerende forsøk på dette kunststykket.

Som svart skal du her spille Skandinavisk med Dd6 mot 1 e4, Mottatt dronninggambit og Slavisk mot 1 d4 og mot London-forsøk da 1 d4 d5 2 Sf3 c6 eller 1 d4 d5 2 Lf4 c5. Forklaringer og fortsettelser i boka, som også gir løsninger mot de andre førstetrekkene. Som hvit foreskriver Burgess enkelt 1 c4 og gir noen gode eksempler.

Kanskje en ekstra praktisk bok for spillere innen ratingnivå cirka 1000 - 1900.
