Endelig en nyutgave, uten tilleggskommentarer, på engelsk med algebraisk notasjon av Fischers legendariske bok fra 1969 der han ærlig gjennomgår 60 av partiene sine spilt i perioden 1957-67. En fantastisk bok for alle sjakkelskere.

I tillegg til Fischers flotte kommentarer har den bare Larry Evans sine opprinnelige introduksjoner til hver parti.

American-born chess grandmaster Bobby Fischer became amous as a teenager for his phenomenal chess-playing ability. In 1972, at the height of the Cold War, he won the world title from the Russian Boris Spassky in a gripping match that generated worldwide media interest. He died in 2008.

Fischer not only played brilliant chess but raised the game to new levels of professionalism and his influence is still felt strongly today.
