This is not the type of novel I would usually go for, as I am not particularly interested in chess or steamy sex scenes, of which there are plenty! However, I found the novel entertaining and enjoyed the James Bond style action towards the end. I think Vanny probably overlooked the most attractive of the men though, the friend ‘with benefits’, but then so often we can’t see what’s under our nose! Would recommend as a good beach or travel read.
